| I did a little reseatch and it turns out that 46 states have a Drivers License Compact Agreement to report out of state tickets to the resident state. The following states are not members: Georgia, Massachusetts
Michigan, Tennessee, Wisconsin. They do reserve the right to report back though. I am told that ( in my situation ) if you are in Georgia and receive an out of state ticket, it will not report back if you pay it and the speed over the limit is less than 15 mph. of course, mine was 23 mph ~ short story, get an attorney and get the speed reduced and it will not report back or option 2 --slow the 'F' down ..
